Richard methodically and actively negotiated with a discerning Asian purchaser on behalf of this willing NZ seller involving a sale and purchase agreement for two parcels of mutually adjoining undeveloped residential land of combined area 2640m2. He is patient, well informed, and a pleasure to deal with to achieve a sale in the currently depressed real estate climate in the North Shore area of Auckland City. A complicating feature of this sale has been (and remains currently) the intrusive behaviour of a senior Auckland Council officer who has, quite wrongly, interferred with the intended, and relatively straightforward, sale process. I look forward to Richard's very competant support, if and when required, to assist me in overcoming that Council officer's untimely interference. In the meantime I have to report that the actual sale is currently being frustrated from its due completion (later this year) by that renegade Council officer.
