From the first meeting Rachel made me feel comfortable with the whole process of selling my Parent's house. Her knowledge of the market, her compassion and understanding of my situation put me at ease early on in the process. From the start of the process, the marketing, photo sessions and right through to the auction, where they worked hard to get me a good result, Rachel and Mark were there every step of the way, guiding me yet making sure I felt in charge. Their advice was invaluable, the way they looked out for my indoor cat during open homes and viewings gave me so much piece of mind. I am so happy I followed my instincts and went with Rachel and Mark from Barfoot & Thompson and highly recommend this team.
