Intelligent, Calm and Effective

I found Anna Stephens-Brown incredibly professional. She came to sell my house by accident when the agent I had engaged had to stop working abruptly due to health reasons. It was a very stressful time. Anna acknowledged this and took the time to calmly build my trust with a level head and practical manner. The whole situation wasn't ideal, and looking back it would have been incredibly difficult for her to take over the sell as I had a very strong relationship with the initial agent. Couldn't have managed without Anna

Excellent professional agent

Anna was very thorough in her research on the property and communicated all issues promptly and clearly. She gave me great confidence in the process. She followed up all leads and was at all times encouraging and kind.
