We couldn't recommend James highly enough. From our very first conversation through to putting the SOLD sticker up, James was incredibly proactive, responsive and genuinely invested in getting us the best possible result. This was our first time selling a home, and James made what could have been a pretty stressful process feel manageable. What impressed us most was how hands-on he was. When an unexpected issue appeared on an old council record, James didn't just tell us to sort it out — he immediately got involved, contacted people from his network, came to the property himself and helped organised an investigation. That level of commitment really summed up our experience with him. His advice around preparing and marketing the house was also excellent.
