I bought a house listed for Sale by Linda Teng. She has good market knowledge and empathetic approach in understanding the needs of the family and their circumstances. With these she can identify the right kind of house the buyer is looking for and the correct buyer the Vendor needs as it was in my case. Her communication was timely, estimates realistic and follow up was just right. Her response to any queries were prompt and request for any help were immediately forthcoming, be it access to the property for inspection or an extra private viewing at short notice. On the whole, the transaction went smooth without unpleasant surprises and on the expected lines for which Linda should be given credit.
