My wife & I engaged Manaia to find us a house, single story with flat access. Within 4 weeks he had found one, duly put in an offer which was accepted. Now to sell our house. We give Manaia this challenge which had to happen within 3 weeks, so he suggested auction. Six open homes in that 3 x week period, then to auction. Whilst not reaching our reserve, with Manaias help we were able to negotiate & reach a satisfactory outcome for all concerned. WE found Manaia truly helpful throughout the entire process, highly professional, working tirelessly throughout the entire time and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to sell or buy a house. Great personality, kept me up to date with prospective purchasers

Fernanda - Honest, reliable, communication is fantastic and very professional. If we wanted something done, she would get onto it straight away and get back to us with regular updates. I had my son go to a lot of open homes as we are from out of Christchurch and Fernanda was the only agent who greeted him with a friendly smile and a joke or two, took time with him and answered all his questions while other potential buyers were looking through houses as well. NO other agents did this - including other Harcourts agents. Some were rude or even ignored him. Fernanda treats everyone equal and gives time and is very sincere. We would definitely go back to her if we were to sell or buy another house. Even though ours was an auction she help negotiate extras for us. Fernanda organised 4 viewings outside the normal open homes and even drove me to them since I was from out of Christchurch. Honestly can't find a fault!!
