Hi, I had seen the property I have just purchased on trademe, as I live in Auckland I couldn’t get down to the open homes, as I was working on the weekends, I messaged Ella to see if I could get a private viewing on the Monday that I was coming down to CHCH, without hesitation Ella messaged me and arranged a time for that day, we arrived at the property just after Ella. Straight away after meeting her I was totally relaxed and was looking forward to seeing the property.
