Overview of Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland

I’m so glad I came across Reema Patel! She was the agent at a property i viewed and was really lovely from the start. While I didn't love the original property, she took the time to understand what I was looking for and then went out of her way to take me to another property that she thought might be a better fit. I ended up absolutely loving it and I’m now happily renting the place! Reema was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process, and has been amazing answering my list of questions. She made the whole experience so much easier, I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, dedicated, and professional agent!

Me and my partner applied and got a response back quickly that we were preferred applicants. After completing the second stage it was quite fast that we got confirmation that we got it! Super stoked.

Property let in record time at the desired rent.

Very impressed by Anna’s efficiency and pragmatism. She was quick to offer helpful advice and responded to our queries about rental market and tenancy conditions. Over several weeks, she organised the open homes. We were amazed by the strong interest and quick response time to complete the process. With her pro-active approach, we feel confident our investment property is in good hands.

I had a rental property for entrusted to Barfoot & Thompson Te Atatu just before the Christmas holiday. The manager in charge is Danielle Williams. As soon as she received the mandate she had acted promptly and professionally. A good family was located in a short time frame. All the necessary work to prepare the house for rental was done. A rental agreement signed for the tenant to start early new year. I am very pleased with her efficient work.

Dani has been professional, responsive, and proactive throughout the property management process. She communicates clearly, provides timely updates, and makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’m very happy with her service and highly recommend her.
