Agencies in Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland

I’m so glad I came across Reema Patel! She was the agent at a property i viewed and was really lovely from the start. While I didn't love the original property, she took the time to understand what I was looking for and then went out of her way to take me to another property that she thought might be a better fit. I ended up absolutely loving it and I’m now happily renting the place! Reema was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process, and has been amazing answering my list of questions. She made the whole experience so much easier, I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, dedicated, and professional agent!

Great service with great communication

I would like to thank the property management team at Barfoot & Thompson Te Atatu for their excellent service and support. They have always been professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Communication has been clear and efficient, and they made the renting process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their dedication and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property management team.

Denzel is and was such an amazing agent to work with from getting me and my daughter in our first home to then getting a bigger home for my growing family. He’s so kind and supportive he works really hard and is a great people person, going that extra mile for you. Thank you Denzel for all you have done and continue to do for me and my family.

Provided comparisons and advised on the best way forward.

Initial experience good until listing. Communication dropped off considerably. New Manager - Callum, fantastic. Humble, hard working, great communicator and facilitator.

Excellent management of my rental.

Thanks to the work of Ling and the team in looking after my rental property. It has been a challenging period with building works, healthy homes assessments and changing tenants but these have all been taken care of seamlessly. Thanks!
