About Christine

I’ve been involved in the real estate industry in Te Atatu for 30 years now and I still get a buzz when I know that I’ve helped a family into accommodation, not just what they can afford, but something that suits their needs to a tee. I’ve also lived locally, and there’s so much to love about this vibrant suburb. Diverse cultures, a range of different property styles also with a range of prices, beach access and reserves and parks to enjoy including the cycle circuit around the waterfront. Many of my interests and hobbies involve the outdoors and animals, for which I have a passion - walking my dog and horse riding, bush walks and swimming, riding my bike or just taking a leisurely stroll in nature. Hey Barfoot & Thompson - Te Atatu, Sharing my experience renting out 7/164 Blockhouse Bay Road. It took a bit longer than hoped, but I really appreciated Danielle's effort and persistence. Good service received

I had a rental property for entrusted to Barfoot & Thompson Te Atatu just before the Christmas holiday. The manager in charge is Danielle Williams. As soon as she received the mandate she had acted promptly and professionally. A good family was located in a short time frame. All the necessary work to prepare the house for rental was done. A rental agreement signed for the tenant to start early new year. I am very pleased with her efficient work.
