Amanda helped us manage a number of contractors to get our property ready for rental. It was done quickly and efficiently so we were able to rent our property again quickly. Amanda knows the market well and was able to guide us appropriately. She is quick to respond via text and email or will pick up the phone for a call. I would highly recommend Amanda.
