Excellent service and really patient for customer, highly recommend for her.

I muri i te whiwhinga o te whare rēti, i pai te whakawhiti kōrero, i whakamārama mārama ngā kōrero ture katoa o te rēti, ā, i whakatikaina ngā raruraru katoa o roto me o waho.

Kathryn at Barfoots Milford Branch has again managed another streamlined end of tenancy and start to a new tenancy. Clear communication around tenants notice and very regular feedback about viewings and applicants for the re-let. A successful outcome in a slightly quieter current environment. Thank you.

Immediate responses, we had no discussions on the market, it was a matter of getting me into my apartment and organising my tenancy agreement , which happened in timely fashion. No negotiation was needed as everything was communicated in clear fashion. I think Nikki and team have managed to be “professional, but with a personal touch”. Thank you.

Vivienne was really helpful for me and getting me into the property, letting me know where to purchase gas bottles and helping with Fibre. She is also really nice person and easy to talk to

Amanda is an excellent property manager. She is very easy to work with, is proactive and totally on top of things. Amanda helped us manage a number of contractors to get our property ready for rental. It was done quickly and efficiently so we were able to rent our property again quickly. Amanda knows the market well and was able to guide us appropriately. She is quick to respond via text and email or will pick up the phone for a call. I would highly recommend Amanda.

Initial experience good until listing. Communication dropped off considerably. New Manager - Callum, fantastic. Humble, hard working, great communicator and facilitator.

Excellent management of my rental.

Thanks to the work of Ling and the team in looking after my rental property. It has been a challenging period with building works, healthy homes assessments and changing tenants but these have all been taken care of seamlessly. Thanks!
