Overview of Riversdale, Marlborough

Amazing property manager , would recommend her to anyone . Professional with outstanding communication and empathy . :) we are lucky to have her as our property manager .

Turned up on time, had researched the property before hand. All forms were sent out ahead of time. New the market price of the area. Very professional.

I had a great experience dealing with them throughout the process. Communication was excellent from start to finish — they were always quick to respond, easy to deal with and kept me updated whenever there was anything I needed to know. What stood out most was their professionalism and knowledge of the local market. They were honest and straightforward with their advice, explained things clearly and made the whole process much easier than it could have been. I also appreciated that they were willing to go the extra mile to help get things sorted and keep everything moving. Overall, I’d have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Great communication, knowledgeable, professional and genuinely easy to deal with.

We had such a great experience dealing with our property manager, Amiee. From start to finish, the whole process was so easy, smooth, and stress-free. Amiee was incredibly professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with, always keeping us informed and making everything straightforward. We were especially impressed with how quick and easy the process was and how quickly we were able to get into our new home. Amiee was lovely to deal with and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would highly recommend Amiee to anyone looking for a professional, approachable, and amazing property manager. Overall, an absolutely fantastic experience!
