Ive had a really positive experience with my property manager Grace. Everything has been easy and straightfoward from the beginning, with great communication and a profesional but friendly approach. I really appreciate Grace and the whole experience which has made renting feel stress-free and would happily recommend them to others lookig for a relaible and professional property manager.

Really happy with my experience with Harcourts Blenheim. Hannah was very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly and the process was smooth and stress-free. Thanks Hannah and the Harcourts team for helping me secure my new home. Much appreciated!

Always a bell or a text away if there is anything to discuss and I dont think there has been any times I've been waiting for a response/reply. Warm and welcoming Property manager and company. Bought up some things around the house that was noticed after moving in or a smidgen beforehand and it was a very open conversation about what to do. My suggestion's were actually considered which I found had that aspect of warmth/we care attitude. Being a timid person who usaully just nods and agrees with everything it was good to feel like nothing was a silly thing to bring up. Its nice to after a bumpy year or so to finally have a place to settle into with my baby, and a property manager that makes me feel heard! Also all the signing up etc was all hassle free! Keep up the good work Darren & The Blenheim Harcourts Team I appreciate you

We are new clients to Harcourts, using their rental property management services. Darren is our agent here in sunny Marlborough. Him and his team have supported us through the new tenant transition. Darren has been able to answer all of our questions, and has shared his valuable knowledge with us, communication has been fantastic.
