Turned up on time, had researched the property before hand. All forms were sent out ahead of time. New the market price of the area. Very professional.

I found our agent to be extremely helpful and efficient. He was very easy to contact, nothing was a problem, communication was excellent and the whole experience of securing a property to rent was so easy and stress free.

Aimieelee has been approachable in all our dealings with her. She listened to our requests and was proactive in ensuring everything moved along in a very timely manner. There have been one or two things where we felt a little more communication would be been helpful but overall, to date, we rate the service provided as excellent.

Grace was very helpful to us and has excellent communication skills and also took to the time to really listen to our questions and provided nice clear answers. She is very pleasant to deal with, and I would use Grace again if the need ever arose. Grace is very good at her role
