Provided excellent guidance throughout the process and clearly explained each step involved, including what was required when transitioning to new tenants. She was highly responsive, easy to communicate with, and happy to discuss matters both over the phone and in person. Her communication was always clear, professional, and transparent and she consistently followed through on anything she said she would do. Her approachable manner and thorough knowledge made the entire process smooth and stress free.

Grace was amazing from the start. We had just travelled over from the UK and were unsure of the rental process here. Grace had amazing communication, friendly and a helpful attitude. Really happy she is our property manager.
