Tayla has made our move so easy. We are moving towns and needed to come to Blenheim to view properties. I called Tayla and she was so helpful. The dates didn't line up with when I could come up, so she arranged a new appointment date. Tayla has amazing communication. Always keeps in contact with you and updates you with any information you need. Tayla made the paperwork very easy and quick. Tayla also makes herself available. So, you are not waiting around for answers. Tayla puts you at ease through the whole process and makes it stress free. Definitely a trustworthy professional agent. I really couldn't recommend her more.

The agents I had the privilege of meeting through viewings were amazing. They were warm, friendly and very knowledgeable on the markets at the moment. My agent who looks after my tenancy has been so forthcoming and helpful and has met me every step of the way to ensure my needs are met at every opportunity. It has been a pleasure having Grace as my property manager in Blenheim. Her warm and genuine manner has made her easy to communicate with. She is quick to return calls and action things that need doing. Grace sends detailed reports regularly and has her finger on the pulse of what is happening in the rental market. Grace is observant and notices the small things that matter when renting property as well as the big things. I would recommend Grace and Bayleys to anyone looking for a great property manager.
