Overview of Northcote Point, Auckland

Initial experience good until listing. Communication dropped off considerably. New Manager - Callum, fantastic. Humble, hard working, great communicator and facilitator.

Excellent management of my rental.

Thanks to the work of Ling and the team in looking after my rental property. It has been a challenging period with building works, healthy homes assessments and changing tenants but these have all been taken care of seamlessly. Thanks!

Amanda was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me some really good advise about prepping the apartment for rent. She also recommended a good rental return. Amanda made what could have been stressful so easy. Would recommend using Amanda
