We rang Subash on boxing day requesting to view a house that was listed couple of days before because we could ‘t wait till viewing days. He organised it immediately and we ended up making an offer. At the auction I was the only buyer, during the negotiation Subash continued to flash his phone at me (without giving me a chance to read what was on his phone) telling me that there was other buyers that were hoping that the auction would fall through in an attempt to put more pressure on me. felt like a desperate attempt to make me make a decision faster and bid more that I wanted to.
