Good communication skills
Kathy is a very approachable, knowledgeable agent who really knows her profession. Living in the area where we were buying, she had the added benefit of local knowledge and events. Working with Kathy has been an absolute pleasure.
We had an Auckland apartment to sell, as it was leasehold, this made it a challenge to sell. Kathy was great with various potential purchasers. As we don't live in Akl, Kathy looked after dealing with various inspectors etc It was a pleasure dealing with Kathy as she was always positive and responded quickly whenever we had questions
