Nic and Sue were fantastic throughout the process of selling our house in a very tough market. They truly went above and beyond in every regard. Sue even provided us with her own furnishings for staging. They gave great advice while explaining the potential risks and benefits of every option. Responding quickly at any time of day, they are extremely knowledgeable.

Nic is all the things you would expect from a good agent. Along with great communication, he always maintained a professional but friendly manner. Nic and Sue have been an absolute pleasure to work with. We now live overseas so we couldn’t make it to the house before selling it and they spent many hours at our house making sure it was looking good for the buyers. And it looked amazing. They were super responsive, always made sure we knew what all the legal information meant, talked us clearly through all of the pros and cons of each situation and made us feel really comfortable with the process. They were also super transparent with feedback and their thoughts which made making any decisions easier. We are so happy with the outcome but we will definitely miss working with Nic and Sue 👏🏼
