Luke has been helpful and also reliable, an excellent communicator. He has returned calls promptly. He has always made effort to fit us in somehow.

We found Luke to be extremely professional throughout the entire process. From the moment our property was listed through to the final sale, his communication was excellent. Each week he provided a detailed report outlining what had been happening, including how many people had viewed the property both in person and online (such as on Trade Me). We really appreciated always being kept informed. Luke also made sure to let us know whenever he was bringing someone through to view the property. He was always available to answer our questions and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Luke is genuine, honest, very friendly and approachable, with a great sense of humour that helped make the whole process feel much less stressful. What really stood out to us was how he treated us almost like part of his family. He is a genuinely lovely man, and we always felt we were in very good hands. At that time, since the vendor were still living there, the place was quite cluttered, and because they hadn’t taken very good care of the property, we weren’t fully satisfied with the price. But as the market shifted and the price of this house dropped, our interest was sparked again. We then contacted Luke for the detailed property documents and arranged another home viewing. From viewing the house, to discussions, to making an offer, and all the way through to settlement, Luke was always patient and thorough in answering all our questions, providing guidance and support for us as first-time home buyers. Now, after doing some little renovations, we’ve finally moved into our dream home. We are truly grateful for Luke’s support and help throughout this journey!
