Just writing to express our gratitude to Lili Ma for all her hard work over the past few months. Buying a first home is not an easy task, especially with a limited budget and a picky family. From Day One, Lili was professional and super-patient and helped us every step of the way. We’ve been to many open homes from North Shore to the West and Central Auckland. She proactively contacted the listing salespeople when we showed an interest after the home viewings, to get information to help us making decisions. Lili was available and patient when answering all our questions. In this first-home buying process, we’ve been through a lot and learned from Lili. It has been a truly memorable experience. We’re writing to express our profound appreciation for a wonderful member of your team, Lili Ma. Without her diligence, effort and professional advice we would never have found and successfully purchased a property which we are very satisfied with - its quality with a price well within our budget! We came to know Lili in late November 2021. Around that time, we had been searching for a property for months, we bid at three auctions with no luck. Our mortgage was also approaching its expiry which made us even more frustrated. We felt hopeless. We received phone call from Lili offering to become our buyer's agent and we were really impressed.
