A good result in a tepid market with continuous support.

Kieran did a great job presenting common strategies, the current state of the market and suggestions on how we might get the best results for our money. We consistently had many people in interested and Kieran was kept very busy trying to figure out who was serious and presenting us offers. Many fell through but we even up until it went unconditional Kieran was still managing viewing and providing feedback. He was helpful with understanding what was involved with the contracts and giving us options and communicating our feedback to prospective buyers.

Incredibly helpful

Kieran has been incredibly helpful and considerate from the get-go. Professional and respectful, and happy to accommodate visits to help explain each step of the project, making this as stress-free as possible for us!
