Je'maine Booth

Excellent communication and knowledge of the local market. They managed the buyers very well. they sponged carpets , washed fences , and were extremely professional throughout. In a challenging market this team got us a sale price we are very happy with.

I can’t recommend Je’maine highly enough! When my house was on the market, I was overseas, but I never had to worry. She kept everything under control, communicated with me regularly, and was always incredibly quick to answer my questions. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients, I couldn’t recommend her more. She is simply amazing.

Annie and Je'maine were professional and friendly from the start. Je'maine especially was helpful from the initial contact to going unconditional on the property. I appreciate her candid and practical approach while maintaining professionalism. I also appreciate Je'maine accommodating different time zones during the process. I would highly recommend Je'maine and Annie and happy to work with them again.

Je'maine was a fountain of knowledge. She was extremely open about all of the options and tactics available to us, and was great at explaining in detail the "why" behind any recommendation she made to us. She also had such insider knowledge about our area and all of the reasons behind why a property sold for what it did. We really valued her info! In the end we followed her recommendations to the letter and sold our place in two weeks for a figure we were happy with. A++ would definitely recommend.

Je'maine was great in helping us to find our first home. From scheduling a listing timetable, to offering friendly advice and up to date market information. We knew we were in safe hands with our best interests in mind. We would highly recommend Je'maine to others who would like some guidance navigating the housing market.

With Je'maines help we bought our first home in NZ. It had been a long time looking until we met Je'maine. We had narrowed down the area, and unfortunately was out bid on our first property. She listened, politely tried to expand our horizons, then eventually was able to come back to us with something similar to our first offer, which this time we secured.
