We felt as though we had Jason and Graces full backing from the very beginning. Jason gave us tips on little things to do to add value. Grace used her styling expertise. Grace did a number of extra private viewings after hours and I think in this current market with young professional couples wanting their first home that made a real difference. The marketing was slick and we were kept updated regularly via a very impressive open home/house interest tool. At every step in the process Grace and Jason made themselves available to answer our questions and guide us. Fitting in with our work and boat schedules. Grace and Jason were our champions. But did so with kindness, practical solutions and humour! Which we appreciated. Couldn’t recommend them any higher for what they did and achieved for our family. Especially getting 10 offers on our first home.

Buying through the team at Clark and Co was a great experience. Grace and Jason in particular was awesome to deal with, timely with communication, very approachable, and easy to talk to. At negotiation time I always felt like I understood what was going on and could make informed decisions without any pressure, would recommend to anyone.

From the very beginning of the open home, the entire team was incredibly professional, approachable, and easy to communicate with. As we moved into the offer stage, Jason was extremely helpful and professional. Even as the vendor’s agent, we never felt unnecessary sales pressure or any attempt to aggressively push the price higher to a range we are uncomfortable with. The communication throughout the negotiation and contract process was smooth, clear, and efficient, which became especially valuable after experiencing some much more difficult communication experiences with other property transactions. Finally, Grace was absolutely wonderful after our offer was accepted. She was consistently friendly, professional, patient, and incredibly informative throughout the conditional process. Whether it was carefully explaining parts of the standard process or helping communicate additional requests with the vendors that were outside the original agreement, she was always happy to help and very quick to respond. Overall, the entire team has been professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to deal with from start to finish. They made what is normally a very stressful process feel much smoother and more comfortable for us as buyers. Whether we are buying or selling property in the future, this team will absolutely be one of the first we think of. As we have never sold a house before, we were unprepared for the worry and unsettlement that goes with selling your loved property. Thought there would have been more contact and follow ups from the agents over the open home periods etc we believe communication was lacking through this process.
