Communication with Clark & Co was disappointing

As we have never sold a house before, we were unprepared for the worry and unsettlement that goes with selling your loved property. Thought there would have been more contact and follow ups from the agents over the open home periods etc we believe communication was lacking through this process. In saying this we would like to thank Jason and Nicola for their contribution in the selling of our home.

Great team effort, and a pleasure to work with

A great team effort from Clarke & Co. with Grace, Nicky and Jason; combining excellent organising skills, a very experienced, sound process and a pleasure to work with. Our house sold quickly via deadline sale with multiple offers, in a challenging market. They made it simple and easy for us.

Professional Without the Pressure

From the very beginning of the open home, the entire team was incredibly professional, approachable, and easy to communicate with. Nicola was very welcoming and attentive during the viewing, and took the time to answer many of our questions about the property in detail. The follow-up communication afterwards was also excellent. Friendly, responsive, and never pushy, which was something we really appreciated after dealing with a number of other agents during our house search. All requested documents were provided promptly and clearly throughout the process. As we moved into the offer stage, Jason was also extremely helpful and professional. Even as the vendor’s agent, we never felt unnecessary sales pressure or any attempt to aggressively push the price higher to a range we are uncomfortable with. The communication throughout the negotiation and contract process was smooth, clear, and efficient, which became especially valuable after experiencing some much more difficult communication experiences with other property transactions. Finally, Grace was absolutely wonderful after our offer was accepted. She was consistently friendly, professional, patient, and incredibly informative throughout the conditional process. Whether it was carefully explaining parts of the standard process or helping communicate additional requests with the vendors that were outside the original agreement, she was always happy to help and very quick to respond. Overall, the entire team has been professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to deal with from start to finish. They made what is normally a very stressful process feel much smoother and more comfortable for us as buyers. Whether we are buying or selling property in the future, this team will absolutely be one of the first we think of.
