We couldn't be happier with the service Mat and Aaron provided! From our very first interaction, they were energetic, enthusiastic, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best possible outcome. Their communication was outstanding—they kept us informed every step of the way and made the entire process stress-free. Their knowledge, professionalism, and dedication truly set them apart, and they delivered an excellent result. If you're looking for a team that goes above and beyond and gets real results, we highly recommend Mat and Aaron. Thank you both for an outstanding experience!

An incredible agent (and team!) From day one very clear expectations were set, communication channels opened and we were kept 110% up to date on everything. Being on the other side of the world, Matt, Pearl and team went above and beyond, arranging lockboxes, handymen to help fix maintenance issues ahead of the sale and also to work some silly hours to ensure that we were always in the loop. Honest, friendly and bloody good at their jobs - they got a sale price for us right on our expectations despite all the war and economic uncertainty.

Having interacted with several agents, I can confidently say that my experience with Mat has been the best. He was easy to work with, not overly pushy, and effectively got the job done.

Ben, Amanda and team were great to work with. They know the Wellington market well, put a great sales strategy in place, presented our house beautifully and were able to sell our house quickly in a challenging market. They made the whole process easy and provided reassurance throughout.

Ben, Amanda & the team was highly professional in their approach in selling our house. The team is excellent in their communication and we were well informed about the whole process. We saw a great commitment and the quality of the service received was remarkable.

Great team of agents, with honest conversation right from the outset. The teams market knowledge and approach to the sale meant we were well informed of viewers sentiment throughout the campaign, and ultimately delivered a result we were happy with. Would absolutely use again. Thanks team!

Michael and his team did a fantastic job helping us sell our home in Newlands. With multiple people involved in the sale process, communication wasn’t always easy, but Michael kept everything friendly, clear, and proactive throughout. He also worked hard to expedite the settlement period and keep everything moving smoothly. We would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for an outstanding agent with great customer service.

Michael was an absolute pleasure to work with during our purchase of 5 Turville Crescent. From the moment we met him he brought great energy to the process. He was fun, enthusiastic, and genuinely full of beans. Buying a house can be a fairly serious and sometimes stressful exercise, but Michael’s personality made the whole experience far more enjoyable. What stood out most to us was how genuine he was. Michael took the time to understand our circumstances and made us feel seen and heard throughout the process. He did not treat the transaction as just another sale. Instead he worked with us in a way that felt constructive, respectful, and human. Throughout the entire process he was a true gentleman. He communicated clearly, was responsive whenever we had questions, and always approached conversations with professionalism and good faith. He also demonstrated strong knowledge of both the property and the local market, which helped give us confidence as we worked through our decision making. Importantly, Michael struck a great balance between representing the vendor while still maintaining a fair and open process with us as buyers. That integrity really stood out. All up, Michael made what can often be a complicated and stressful process feel straightforward, positive, and most importantly human. We are genuinely grateful for the role he played in helping us secure our new home, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying or selling.

We had a fantastic experience working with Michael and Andrea. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. The communication was clear and his market insight helped us achieve a good result. Michael made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.

Rod was excellent to deal with throughout the process. He was always responsive, approachable and professional, and made what can be a stressful experience much easier. Rod communicated clearly and kept us updated at every stage. He was quick to answer questions, provide additional information, and arrange access when needed. He demonstrated strong knowledge of the local market and was open and honest in his advice, which helped us feel informed and confident in making our decision. What stood out most was his professionalism and willingness to help without being pushy. He was fair and respectfully and made the whole process straightforward. We would happily recommend Rod to other buyers.

When we decided to list our home, it was a no brainer. We knew from previous interactions with Rod in the past that if we were ever to move again, we would like him to represent us. What we appreciated about Rod was his transparency, clear communication and answered every question we threw at him. We had full trust in Rod from day 1 and of course he delivered. Thank you again for not only getting us the outcome we wanted but also making the whole process as stress free as possible. You kept us informed the whole time and really drove engagement with people who viewed our house. We will be recommending you to all our friends and family in our region. 10/10 will use again if we need to. Cheers.

I’m so pleased I chose Rod to sell my house. I had a really tight timeline and was a bit anxious but Rod’s experience and advice helped me trust the process and I got a great price in the end. The service from Rod and Andrea was excellent throughout the process - would definitely recommend.
