George Fong

I highly recommend George Fong and Maggie Xue. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive and extremely supportive throughout the entire sale process. From the beginning, they communicated clearly, kept me updated, answered all my questions patiently, and worked very hard to achieve the best possible outcome. I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail, strong follow-up with buyers, and calm and professional approach during the marketing and auction campaign. They made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier and more manageable. Thank you, George and Maggie, for all your hard work, care and support. It was a pleasure working with you both, and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone considering selling their property.

Good communication, and very thoughtful, deliver warm, affable and considerate service

responsive team, excellent advertising, a great auctioneer

Tony Cooper for Peter Cooper. George can highly recommend to me via a family member. Living in Napier, George was very helpful throughout the whole sale process, getting the property details together, getting it on the market and working on the pre-sale offer and auction to get a sale price above my expectations and within our tight time fame. It is clear he is in touch with a number of prospective buyers in the market which reflected with the number of bidders he assembled for the pre auction at short notice. His willingness and helpfulness to make things happen without fuss was first class and made my job to sell the property remotely less stressful. I also acknowledge that for George to perform at such a high level he must have a very effective team working with him. So basically this has been The best " Agent " experience I have had to date.

George is a very experienced real estate agent, with more than 30 years experience with excellent communication skills‼️ His Auckland market knowledge is vast and extend to all the corners in Auckland wide. He has a team who he manages who are also as professional as George himself, namely Ms Maggie Xue.

I’m incredibly grateful for George’s outstanding support throughout my property journey. From day one, he was patient, genuinely attentive, and took the time to really understand what I was looking for. That level of care made the whole process feel far less stressful and far more reassuring. George is highly efficient and impressively hardworking — he followed things up promptly, kept me informed at every step, and handled details with care and professionalism. On top of that, his great sense of humour brought some much-needed lightness to what can otherwise be an intense experience. It made working with him an absolute pleasure. Thank you, George, for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate your dedication, support, and professionalism — highly recommend George to anyone looking for a reliable and approachable real estate agent.
