We found Debbie to be very helpful - we appreciate that she is working for the vendors but, nevertheless, to complete a sale you need a buyer and a buyer expects the Real Estate Agent to listen to what they are asking. We were cash buyers - unconditional purchasers - but we found other Estate Agents in Nelson refused to submit cash offers on a couple of places we liked, notwithstanding they both said they were strong offers. All they wanted to do is create a multi-offer scenario and fobbed us off when we asked why our offers had not been submitted. Debbie was the first Nelson Real Estate Agent we encountered who actually listened to our wishes and was prepared to submit a cash offer to the vendors.
