I first came to know Matt Galvin a few years ago when I was looking to buy a property in the Nelson region. He came across as knowledgeable of the market and represented a number of good listings. Matt and the photographer did an amazing job to portray my property in the best light and a series of open homes and worked with clients that matched the profile of my property for sale. When the buyer was found (and rather quickly) Matt put on his negotiating skills and helped me as the Seller and the Buyer come to a meeting of the minds to sign the Sale & Purchase Agreement and a subsequent successful sale. Post the sale a month ago Matt has maintained communications with me and displayed his care for his clients.
