We found Debbie to be very helpful - we appreciate that she is working for the vendors but, nevertheless, to complete a sale you need a buyer and a buyer expects the Real Estate Agent to listen to what they are asking. We were cash buyers - unconditional purchasers - but we found other Estate Agents in Nelson refused to submit cash offers on a couple of places we liked, notwithstanding they both said they were strong offers. All they wanted to do is create a multi-offer scenario and fobbed us off when we asked why our offers had not been submitted.
