Matt rang me on a Sunday evening, after meeting him at an open home on the Saturday prior and from that phone call and going forward I felt supported and listened to with zero muck arounds. He took into consideration everything I was looking for and nailed the brief a day later. He was very responsive and was always at the end of the phone when possible, was always positive and smiling, nothing was a problem and he made the process exciting, easy and stress free.
