After Terry sold our property in 3 weeks, he also managed to find us our new home off-market. It suited us perfectly. The whole process was quick & excellently handled. Terry was the absolute professional. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Everything we queried was dealt with promptly, and nothing was too much trouble for Terry & Gio. All in all, the selling of our property & the purchase of the new one was a seamless experience. Terry & Gio made the whole thing stress-free. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and to share with others our story.

We were seeking to sell a small livestock and horticultural property that was, in practical terms, an oversized lifestyle block. Following our first meeting, in which Toby cross-examined us quite extensively, Toby developed a marketing strategy that played very well to both these elements. These were supported with a very professional drone sequence, underpinned by a comprehensively reasoned and well-presented narrative .....briefly had us thinking it was too good to sell! Toby answered all our questions diligently, in jargon-free language we understood. Driving around the district it was also clear he was rated by other sellers, with his 'For Sale' boards more numerous that those of any others. Clearly, he had significant current market knowledge. We have another property in the region and would not hesitate to approach Toby were we to consider putting it on the market. As absentee owners in the district we felt very well guided and care for throughout the whole process.
