Andrew went above and beyond, putting in many hard hours to take care of everything needed to get the house on the market in a very short time frame. New carpet, gardening, staging, etc. was all done within a few days. He even found a storage unit and helped me move my things without me asking. Debbie brought a wealth of experience and knowledge and did a great job talking to the council and property lawyers. The marketing campaign was excellent, the video with the drone footage was especially impressive. With staging my house looked so good I didn't want to leave. It was difficult selling a house before Christmas but they did a great job and we ended up with an offer I was happy to accept. This was my first time selling a house and I learned a lot.
