I was very satisfied with the work Debbie and Andrew put into selling my house. Andrew went above and beyond, putting in many hard hours to take care of everything needed to get the house on the market in a very short time frame. New carpet, gardening, staging, etc. was all done within a few days. He even found a storage unit and helped me move my things without me asking. Debbie brought a wealth of experience and knowledge and did a great job talking to the council and property lawyers. The marketing campaign was excellent, the video with the drone footage was especially impressive. With staging my house looked so good I didn't want to leave. It was difficult selling a house before Christmas but they did a great job and we ended up with an offer I was happy to accept. This was my first time selling a house and I learned a lot. I wouldn't hesitate to sell with Debbie and Andrew again.
