3 real estate agents in Sorrento Bay, Wellington

This is the second time the team Tarsh and Mike sold our house… And there will be a third one. Have a house to sell? Do yourself a favour call them. A message from a returning vendor.

We cannot speak highly enough of Tarsh Hall and Mike Lovell from Luxe Realty for their incredible knowledge, reassurance, and unwavering support in selling our property in Boulcott during what was a very challenging property market. Prior to working with Mike and Tarsh, we had a very disappointing experience with another agent who was pushing us toward a quick sale — one that would have resulted in a significant loss for us. The pressure and lack of strategic guidance left us feeling uneasy and uncertain. Mike was highly recommended by a close friend, and I am so grateful we made the decision to change agents and trust him. From our very first conversation, his expertise and deep understanding of the property market were evident. He provided clear, data-driven advice, a well-thought-out strategy, and, most importantly, reassurance during a stressful time. Together, Mike and Tarsh made the entire process seamless and well-managed. Their communication was excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way. What truly set them apart was their willingness to go the extra mile — especially as we had already relocated overseas. Trash took care of important details prior to handover, ensuring everything was handled smoothly and professionally in our absence. She genuinely cares about her clients and is willing to help with anything with a big smile. Tarsh and Mike's integrity, market knowledge, and genuine care for their clients make them stand out. We would wholeheartedly recommend Mike Lovell and Tarsh Hall to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and peace of mind.

Mike and the team at Luxe are fantastic to deal with. He brings a refreshingly honest and practical approach to achieving a sale, and communicates clearly with all parties to deliver the best possible outcome. His extensive database of clients significantly widened our reach when marketing our property. He also engaged with buyers well beyond the local area, resulting in several offers from outside our region. From the outset, Mike provided an accurate estimate of our property’s value. He helped us understand its appeal to buyers (as well as what didn’t!), and advised on what improvements would make the biggest difference. He then tailored the sales and marketing strategy accordingly, and utilised his strong negotiation skills to achieve a great result in a challenging market. Mike is charismatic, well-connected, and genuinely driven to secure the best outcome. He treats you with respect throughout the entire process and is a true advocate for both your property and your goals. I couldn’t recommend him more highly to anyone looking to sell their home.

They told me what what price range to expect and they were correct. Mike with the assistance of Maria kept me informed every step of the way. Would recommend them.

Mike is the ultimate professional. He works extremely hard for both his sellers and buyers. Mike, really goes the extra mile, I found him on the street, cleaning my windows before an open home.He also sourced and organized tradespeople for the small repair jobs that were needed. The marketing campaign was very well presented and really on point. Mike has an extensive knowledge of the Wellington realestate market and always gave excellent, professional advice. Our apartment sold in a very difficult, flat market. I would highly recommend Mike!
