Lou and her team are absolutely fantastic! I am a natural worrier and we had a moving date we needed to meet, plus we'd made some pretty funky stylistic choices on the house and back garden that had me concerned about aspects of marketability. Lou responded immediately to our initial enquiry and came out to meet with us right away. She instantly put me at ease about our house, and everything we needed to do to get it ready to show. She knows her stuff and is a direct communicator. This was our first time selling a home and there's so much we didn't know. Lou guided us through everything, taking the time to answer all our questions. I was so happy to have her advice and professional opinion. Her confidence that we would not only sell by the date we needed to but that we'd get the money we hoped for was so reassuring. And she nailed it!
