Lou, Matt and Catherine were incredibly compassionate, committed, and had great communication throughout the sale process. This was a particularly complicated sale, with the house not having code compliance and a number of other complications, and the owner having complex medical needs. My experience with Lou, Matt and the team was excellent from the beginning to the end of the sale process. Communication was quick and feedback regarding market conditions was fast and realistic. They worked hard to bring solid proposals to the table. They provide a timeline and despite market conditions, they were spot on. This shows that they know what they are doing.
