Karan kept us informed of what was happening in the local real estate market by sending us emails of what was available to purchase. We are very excited to have purchased our dream property which was the only one we liked in our price range. Karan was a good communicator who kept us up to date in every step of the purchasing process.
We found Karan and her team to be professional, efficient and enjoyable to work with and most importantly they achieved the results we needed. Their prompt communication, feedback and availability definitely made us feel valued as vendors and clients. We have worked with Karan before as purchasers and had no hesitation in contacting her to be our sales agent. Karan and her team are Top Notch and we would recommend them to all. Thank you.
When we first met Jess we had no fixed idea as to whether we were intending to buy a section or a house. We were also unsure of where in Twizel we wanted to purchase. Jess was very helpful and showed us a number of houses in the Twizel township and surrounds. She was very patient with us while we decided on what would suit us now and also in the future when we retire. It has been a while since we last purchased a property and Jess and the team were helpful in going through all the paperwork that was required. We would recommend Jess and the team to anyone looking at buying.
Karan and the team at LJ Hooker were great to deal with readily available at any time to answer our queries - they were enthusiastic about our property and their knowledge of the local market was invaluable
Jess was amazing in all aspects but particularly with her communication. Constant updates with where things were at. Thanks again. Highly recommend.
Karan was amazing to deal with. We have had a particularly rough time due to a sick family member, which happened just as we put our property on the market and throughout the process. Karan just dealt with everything and all we needed to do was respond to phone calls and agree to viewings and eventually signing documents. All this was done remotely, totally stress free and within 9 weeks. I believe if we had not had Karan, we would have pulled the property off the market until our personnel situation had changed. I would highly recommend the team at LJ Hooker Twizel and especially Karan. Meri Kirihimete
