When we first met Jess we had no fixed idea as to whether we were intending to buy a section or a house. We were also unsure of where in Twizel we wanted to purchase. Jess was very helpful and showed us a number of houses in the Twizel township and surrounds. She was very patient with us while we decided on what would suit us now and also in the future when we retire. It has been a while since we last purchased a property and Jess and the team were helpful in going through all the paperwork that was required. Karan was amazing to deal with. We have had a particularly rough time due to a sick family member, which happened just as we put our property on the market and throughout the process. Karan just dealt with everything and all we needed to do was respond to phone calls and agree to viewings and eventually signing documents.
