We approached Karan to be our agent based on previous performance in general, but also having achieved an outstanding result for another family member in Twizel. At the outset, she advised us on the best strategic approach, which made sense to us to get the best outcome. We were particularly impressed with the client portal that was set up for us at the beginning, which kept us informed of the status of all groups that were potentially interested in our property. As a result, it kept us informed without having to constantly contact Karan for progress reports. We would definitely recommend Karan as the agent of choice for any real estate matters in the McKenzie country area.

This is the second property we have purchased from Karan. We always find her very professional and efficient. Her local knowledge is outstanding. She is the go-to person for real estate in the Mackenzie.

Client portal was so helpful at keeping us informed. Questions were always responded too. We got the result we needed. Nothing was just left to chance! Office staff were always able to help as well.

Soffe answered the phone promptly, fielded a myriad of questions, answered our questions comprehensively and read our reactions to her information accurately. Additionally, Soffe also met us at short notice whenever we asked.

Being local I feel makes a big difference. I have had a long and happy association with Karan and knew that she would be the person to sell my property. Her assistant, Soffe, is an asset to the business.

She was good worked out well

Excellent market knowledge communication and professionalism. Negotiation wasn’t required as we got the price we wanted

From the first appraisal by Karan to the sale of our house, the experience was excellent. We were kept informed at all times, the electronic updates of open homes and viewings were extremely helpful. We were also well looked after in Karan's absence by Jess and Soffe. The team were all a pleasure to deal with. The whole sales process was made so easy for us. Both the sales result and the level of service we received exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Karan and the Team.

Buying our first home felt like a huge milestone and Karan and the team at LJ Hooker made the whole experience so much easier than we expected. From the very beginning, Karan was super friendly, approachable and always happy to answer our questions. As first home buyers, there was a lot we didn't know, but she guided us through every step with patience, honesty, and great communication. We never felt pressured and she genuinely wanted to help us find the right home. The whole LJ Hooker team was professional, responsive and made the process smooth and stress free. Thanks to their support, we're now the proud owners of our first home in Twizel and we couldn't be happier. A huge thank you to Karan and everyone at LJ Hooker. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Mackenzie region!

Karan had brilliant market knowledge and was a great communicator and kept us in the loop at all times. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Karan and her team.

We found Karan from LJ's to be very understanding and helpful throughout the whole process. She worked very hard to enable us to purchase the property within our budget at a fair price to the vendors. Karan was also very friendly and informative with a great wealth of local knowledge and we would highly recommend her to anyone else selling or purchasing a property in the Mackenzie district. Many thanks Karan, Kind Regards, Russell & Jill.
