Karan and Jess were a great team. We were kept informed at all times and ended up with a great price in a quick timeframe. Highly recommended.

Nothing to fault, whole process went smoothly

We have recently purchased an investment property through Karan MacDiarmid from LJ Hooker in Twizel. Our Rolleston based Agent dealt with Karan on our behalf with the property search and the negotiation process for our newly purchased property. All contacts with Karan were professional and any questions were answered within 24 hours. Once the offer was confirmed, we dealt directly with Karan and found her very very friendly, professional and courteous to all parties. Her attention to detail and prompt responses ensured we weren’t left wondering what was happening. We would highly recommend Karan to anyone looking to sell or purchase their property.

Right from our first online enquiry through to us taking possession, Karan made the process straightforward, clear and concise.

Karan and Jess were really great to deal with, Both went the extra mile to help us with our purchase. Would highly recomend to all buyers out there.
