Great experience. Always willing to help out especially with living out of town. Made the process simple

Karan and Jess have extensive knowledge of the unique Twizel market which helped us greatly as first home buyers. I appreciated their prompt and professional replies to our queries.

Buying a house is stressful but Karan and team did a great job minimising this. Pleasant and professional in all our dealings i have no hesitation recommending Karan snd team at LJ Hooker Twizel

Karen has been great to deal with through the process of us buying a holiday home in Twizel. We looked across various listing and she went out of her way to ensure we saw what we could whilst we were in town. She also communicated well though the process and explained everything well. Professional and seamless experience.

We were very pleased with the outcome as Jess gave her advice on the way it should be marketed and I gave my thoughts on the advertising and marketing . I never felt under a pressure to make a decision and took her advice when it came to negotiating a fair price for both parties. I have spoken to other people in Twizel and told them how happy we were to list with Jess .We felt that Jess was working for us when it came to negotiating the final price. Many thanks for that. Kind regards Pete and Suzy.

Highly recommend Karan and Jess were kept up to date every step of the way. Always positive even when market was slow. Great to work with.
