Karen was helpful where she could be in the process of us buying our house in Twizel. Things took abit longer than expected but we got there in the end and are so happy to now have a place called home. I think getting the keys and having a bow on the front door was the icing on the cake for this process and such a great welcome. Karen was always happy to help when we asked and flexible and on time when we needed access to the property for viewings ect.
