Team Karan and Jess did the most amazing job selling a property for me recently. Their market knowledge is extensive and their communication was great. They sent weekly reviews and updates by phone and email. Their professionalism was top rate, and nothing was too much trouble. Their negotiating skills were amazing. They were always available, no matter that the time and very reassuring every step of the way. Their back up team was great too and I have already told friends and family how great they were. This wasn't the first time that I have sold a property with them, and they were amazing then too!! That's why I asked them to assist me with the present sale. This is my second review for Team Karan and Jess in very quick succession. Once again Karan and Jess took all the stress out of the process They appraised my property bang on demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the market. I would and do recommend Team Karan and Jess as the results they have achieved for me in selling two properties was fantastic. Always thoroughly professional and with their excellent communication I felt confident in the marketing strategy they devised for me. After each showing Karan would give me a full briefing on how things went. At no stage during the marketing of my property did I feel a need to call the team with any concerns.
