We have an excellent choice of the property we rent for the service is fast and responsive. They always communicate and on time.

We had such a great experience with Anna while organising our move back to New Zealand. Anna went above and beyond to make the process easy for us, including doing property viewings over WhatsApp so we could properly see the homes and make the right decision. She was always quick to respond, easy to deal with and got everything sorted efficiently. We really appreciated how smooth she made the whole process and always felt like we were being looked after. We’re very grateful for all of Anna’s help and couldn’t recommend her, Amy and the Bayleys team enough.

Good communicator, keeps client informed before carrying out repairs and maintenance. So far so good with the replacement tenant. hank you.

Great communication when necessary and always available to assist if required eg.to obtain quotes.Best property managers I have had to look after my properties.Highly recommend.

Recommend dealing with Cowdy and Co. Courtney was very easy to work with, professional and a great communicator. Made the process simple and stress free.

Really happy with Fiona at Whittle Knight. Maintenance always gets sorted fast and any request I have is dealt with promptly. Communicates well, is always upfront, and keeps me up to date without me having to chase. They even found tenants for a short-term rental with ease thanks to their great network. Organised, proactive, and takes the stress out of it. Would definitely recommend!

We could not recommend Kelly and Louiza any higher, as the service we have had from our first enquiry has been impeccable. Fast and very helpful, with nothing being a problem. As we live away from the area we needed a company that can handle everything and they have been nothing but amazing.

We are so pleased with our experience using Justine! She was very specific and efficient when finding tenants for our property! She did thorough background checks to ensure they were the right fit and relayed the Information onto us so we were able to have the final say! We definitely will be using her again
