Agencies in Merivale, Canterbury

We’ve had a great experience securing and moving into our rental. After owning for the last 5 years plus we were sure the process but it was made really easy and every single question was answered without us being made to feel silly. Communications have been great with fast replies to emails and even a virtual viewing option for the property. Super happy with everything so far. Thanks team!

Lex was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Many thanks

Lisa Iliffe (Director) and Grace Watson-Wood my Property Manager were so easy to deal with and professional. They helped me organise my place to be ready to rent. They had all of the contacts and arranged the gardening, cleaning etc, everything I needed. I feel my property is in the best hands with them and my new tenant.

Renting through Cowdy Real Estate was an absolute joy. They are very professional, rapid, and attentive. Highly recommended!

Cowdy are completely on top of things when it comes to property management. The agent communicates clearly and promptly, knows the market inside out, with years of experience behind them. They are fair to both tenant and landlord, aiming for a win/win in every situation. Janice is unflappable no matter what, and I wouldn’t go with any other agency.

Thank you for managing our place for the last few years. We have never had any issue with rental payments and any maintenance required has been clearly outlined -which we appreciate.

Really happy with Fiona at Whittle Knight. Maintenance always gets sorted fast and any request I have is dealt with promptly. Communicates well, is always upfront, and keeps me up to date without me having to chase. They even found tenants for a short-term rental with ease thanks to their great network. Organised, proactive, and takes the stress out of it. Would definitely recommend!

We could not recommend Kelly and Louiza any higher, as the service we have had from our first enquiry has been impeccable. Fast and very helpful, with nothing being a problem. As we live away from the area we needed a company that can handle everything and they have been nothing but amazing.
