Jo did a great job for us, both in helping us buy our new home and then subsequently selling our previous home. We built up a relationship with Jo over a couple of years and Jo appraised our house a few times during that time period, as the market was moving around quite a lot. Jo was very understanding that we wouldn't sell our home until we had bought a new one and was proactive in showing us potential options to upsize, often getting us in to view those houses before they were officially on the market. Jo also managed our sale process of our old home very well, in challenging conditions under a level 3 lockdown, where only one buyer group could visit at a time. I would definitely recommend Jo as an agent for buying and selling to others who are currently in the market.

Josh was available for communication throughout the acquisition process and his market knowledge was on point and accurate. His negoitition manner polite, clear and concise with his after settlement followup very much appreciated which allowed him to assist us in the reprograming of appliances that had been locked due to the power termination.
