In May this year we decided to emigrate to Dublin and wanted an experienced Agent who could work with us to our deadline of only a few months. They would have to be prepared to stay committed to us after we left New Zealand, if the house hadn’t sold by then. Alison and Ivy stepped up to the mark and beyond. They kept us informed every step of the way, committed to achieving the best price for us in a somewhat depressed market. And they succeeded of course! As we knew they would. Alison negotiated the final deal with skill, ensuring that the buyer felt that we were all doing our best to achieve a positive result for everyone. Ivy was a wonderfully cheerful and calm presence when we were trying to pack up the house and have weekly Open Homes. She helped sweep decks, vacuum carpets, sort out anything she could to keep the house looking immaculate. Lots of enthusiasm and kindness, just like her mother! We knew when we flew out of Auckland for a new life in Ireland, that we were leaving our beloved home in safe hands. Many thanks to the Jackson Mee team for all their hard work and skill. We will miss them but are keeping a room free for them in Dublin in the summer!

Josh is very knowledgeable in real estate in general, but also the Ellerslie area. Professional in communication - you always know exactly where things are at and what is happening. You can rely on the fact that what he says will be done is actioned immediately. Most importantly to me was the fact that he is a genuine person, so if you're not a fan of real estate agents try Josh.

To whom it may concern, We have recently engaged Charlotte Powdrell as our sole agency agent in the sale of our home. We had no previous relationship with Charlotte and first met her at an open home. Our first impressions of Charlotte at that open home were reinforced by both her open home follow-up and then through our engagement with her in the sale of our property. Charlotte is motivated, professional, has a 'can do' attitude and an energetic x-factor that is a point of difference. Her knowledge and understanding of the property industry was impressive. Her motivation, research and analysis to fully understand the market we were selling in, comparable listings, trends, and prospective buyers was a point of difference. The property market currently is very challenging and Charlotte worked extremely hard in every aspect of the process to achieve a sale. She stayed connected with us through every step and constantly reflected on the process and considered different strategies to achieve a sale. She sought on occasion advice from the UP Directors to test and confirm the development of her sales strategies and the company were very supportive of the sales process end to end. This cohesive and collegial strategic approach led by Charlotte in my view directly led to the sale of our property. My view is that we would not have achieved the sales outcome we did in the current market had we not engaged Charlotte as our sole agency real estate agent.
