Experienced agent who delivers results
We had the pleasure of working with Wei Wei on the recent sale of our family home in Epsom. Upon meeting Wei Wei, we felt that she was knowledgeable and demonstrated a great track record of achieving results. Her multi-lingual capabilities were a distinct advantage. A great sales experience!
We have recently had the pleasure of working with Wei Wei Elder and her team at Bayleys Remuera and have been extremely happy with the service we received. Wei is a prominent Bayleys agent and had recently delivered some successful sales for her clients in our Auckland suburb (Epsom). From our initial meeting, Wei demonstrated absolute professionalism and had impressive knowledge of current market conditions, our Auckland suburb (Epsom) and the profile of likely buyers for our property. The campaign produced huge attendances at all our open homes and this success was on the back of some sound marketing advice from Wei early in the planning process (covering strategy for print and online media, photograph selection, video, floorplan, VR walkthrough etc). One of Wei’s differentiating factors is that she is multi-lingual, and her ability to converse effectively with prospective buyers in a range of Chinese dialects certainly benefitted our campaign. One of the best!
Karen is a fantastic person to work with. She was so relaxed and easy to deal with. It was a pleasure to catch up with her in person or on the phone. She always followed up any requests immediately and all email presentations and documents were very professional. Her knowledge of the area I was buying into was strong and she was able to easily give me a reliable indication of the current market I was in. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone who wants the best outcome when looking at buying or selling their home.

Carolyn couldn’t have been more helpful
We mainly dealt with Carolyn Ryan and she was awesome. She was extremely responsive and no question was ever a problem. Overall the team kept us informed of progress on our new build (which we’d bought off-plan) from the time we signed up all the way through to settlement and even after. Carolyn couldn’t have been more helpful and, when needed, she happily shared her professional insights and views which were always well balanced and thought through. A very happy return vendor
We've used Josh to sell several of our properties now, and we wouldn't use anyone else. Happy house buying experience
We have just purchased a property in Remuera via Auction that was marketed by Josh Nixon from Unlimited Potential. Happy to report that the entire experience, from open home visits, arranged visits, phone calls, Auction briefs, the Auction itself, and handover, was more seamless than hoped for.
