She took the time to truly understand our property and the campaign reflected the lovely and unique features of our home. Lorraine’s attention to detail to the the photos, marketing material etc was exceptional. She went to the trouble of convincing the NZ Herald to run a feature article on our property Lorraine ran a three weekend open home campaign. We had huge numbers through (158 groups). Lorraine kept us fully up to date on developments and actively worked prospective buyers. She devoted a lot of time and energy into the campaign. Three days before the auction, we had a sudden family death to deal with. Recognising the situation, Lorraine took control and managed the house process whilst we focussed on more important matters. On the day of the auction we were blown away by the final sale price. This was bittersweet given what had transpired three days earlier but much of the credit must go to Lorraine. We hope the buyers are as happy as we have been in the property. We made a wonderful decision in choosing Lorraine and would highly recommend her.
